Stepping over to the dark side

FOLLOWING its launch last year, Mondelez has extended its Cadbury’s Darkmilk offer with the launch of a new size and a new flavour.

The 40% cocoa Darkmilk was initially released in tablet form, but it has now been joined by a 35g bar that also comes in PMP.

Mondelez said Cadbury Darkmilk was created to provide a more ‘grown up’ taste for consumers who find milk chocolate too sweet, and dark chocolate too bitter.  The confectionery giant has also released Darkmilk Salted Caramel, an 85g tablet that includes salted caramel chips, priced at RRP £1.49.
