HEALTH is at the heart of the latest launch from Pipers Crisps as the brand looks to tap into the growing ‘better for you’ snacking sub-category.
Pipers Crispeas offer shoppers a savoury snack made from British peas and containing fewer than 91 calories.
Crispeas are available in three flavours, Matar Paneer, Salsa Verde and English Mint. Pipers Crispeas are available in 21g packs at £1.19 in case sizes of 18x21g.
Katy Hamblin, marketing manager at Pipers commented on the launch: “We’ve looked carefully at the trends that are driving the healthy snacking market. It’s clear there are two key factors; taste and nutritional benefits.
“That’s why we’ve combined three delicious flavours for our British peas which are already naturally low in calories as well as a source of protein and fibre.”
