Journey of the highlands and islands

Jura

ISLAND malt whisky brand Jura has announced a launch that it is calling the biggest in its history.

Rolling out from this month, the Jura Signature Series is made up of five single malts which the distiller said combines Highland and Island styles to create a distinctive, welcoming flavour.

Global head of brand at Jura, Kirsteen Beeston, said: “The introduction of this new range reflects the long-term commitment to advance the position of Jura in the category, appeal to new drinkers and invest in consumer communications.

“A Long Way From Ordinary tells the rich and unique story of Jura, its location, its community and its whisky, and is set to define and direct all brand communications.”

The new whiskies are Journey at £33; Jura 10 at £38; Jura 12 with an  RRP of £45; Seven Wood which is priced at £59; and Jura 18 with an RRP of £75.

Alongside this launch, the entire Jura range has been redesigned by brand owner Whyte & Mackay.
