DUNDEE-based brewer 71 Brewing has extended its range with the launch of an India Pale Lager (IPL) and a Munich Dunkel, Ferrous Red.
IPL is a 4.4% ‘mash-up’ lager combining Polish and American hops while 4.8% ABV Ferrous Red combines Munich malts with US hops. Both beers are available in 330ml bottles from the brewer at an RRP of £2.10.
Brewery founder Duncan Alexander said: “Our inspiration from the start has been the great lager brewing traditions of central and eastern Europe and our aim is to explore and celebrate these classic beers in an innovative way.”
