SHARING ideas is a shortcut to progress which is why for 2018, Scottish Grocer will return with a new series of editorial events.
The SG Convenience Conversations series resumes in January offering retailers, suppliers and a host of experts the chance to get around the table to discuss their views and share their knowledge.
Things kick off on 31 January at the Glasgow Hilton with our innovation roundtable event, where attendees will be invited to discuss the future of retailing.
The Hilton in Glasgow also plays host to our second event, Fresh Thinking Part 1. On 2 April, attendees will be invited to take a fresh look at core categories in convenience as well as methods for driving footfall with subjects ranging from the Post Office to the National Lottery.
Malmaison hotel in Dundee will host the third Conversation of the year, Fresh Thinking Part 2. This second discussion will centre on making the most of categories in growth, with subjects likely to crop up including food to go, healthier products, and other consumer trends.
Retailers interested in participating in any of 2018’s SG Convenience Conversations are invited to contact Scottish Grocer editor John McNee at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
