BIGFISH Brand has launched six new breaded salmon SKUs which the firm said is aimed squarely at boosting the role of seafood in the growing breaded product market.
The range offers salmon in bites and goujons with plain, Lemon & Pepper and Chilli & Lime breadcrumbs.
