Big cheese gets bigger

STRESSING its natural credentials can help retailers grow their cheese snack sales, says Judit Palfi, brand manager at Cathedral City Snacking. 

Palfi said cheese snacking in Scotland is up 2.9% in volume and 3.3% in value and referred to Mintel research to say that 44% of adults have snacked on cheese between meals in the last year and 47% bought cheese for snacking.
