Provenance key for dairy farmers

ROBERT Graham, managing director at Graham’s The Family Dairy, has highlighted the importance of Scottish Food and Drink Fortnight and how brands and consumers can benefit.

He said: “Scottish Food and Drink Fortnight is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the wealth of wonderful produce being created across the country.

“It’s important to Scottish consumers that they know where their products are coming from and high-quality, great-tasting produce with strong local provenance has always been at the heart of the Graham’s range.

“One of our key aims has always been to highlight our core strengths of farming, family, heritage, quality, provenance and taste, whilst ensuring our range is diverse enough to appeal to every consumer.”

In the past year the firm has launched: Quark, Protein 22, Organic Whole Milk with Cream at the Top and Organic Semi-Skimmed Milk with Cream at the Top.

This year’s Scottish Food and Drink Fortnight will take place between Saturday 2nd September – Sunday 17th September.
