TWO culinary cultures have been brought together to create the Nonya Secrets range of cooking sauces.
Chinese and Malay influences have gone into the recipes which Nonya founder Maureen Suan Neo says have been passed down through generations of her family.
She said: “Nonya cooking blends Chinese ingredients with various distinct spices and cooking techniques used by Malay and Indonesian communities.
