BESTWAY has made Rizwan Pervez operations director for the group.
Pervez will have overall control of all retail and foodservice operational matters across all 63 Batleys and Bestway wholesale depots as well as the company’s symbol and retail clubs – Best-one and Xtra Local – and the Bestway Direct delivered operation.
Younus Sheikh, managing director of Bestway Wholesale, said the appointment had come at an exciting time for the group as it restructured to provide a better regional service to customers and improve efficiencies.
