ORIENTAL food specialist, Amoy, has launched a new Asian meal kits range. Flavours are Malaysian Laksa, Nasi Goreng, Thai Red Curry and Thai Green Curry.
Amoy hopes the meal kits will boost its brand identity and strengthen its position as an expert in modern Asian cuisine.
Each kit contains all the special items required to make an authentic Asian meal at home in 20 minutes, the firm says. Consumers add meat, fish or vegetables. Each pack serves two; RRP is £2.99.
Amoy says the Easy Meal Kits suit what it sees as the burgeoning trend for ‘easy scratch’ cooking, and will allow cooks to add excitement to mealtimes.
