ANDREW Fairlie, the only Scottish chef with two Michelin stars, is appearing in a new ad for Albert Bartlett potatoes.

The campaign also features Michel Roux Jr. Both chefs use Albert Bartlett potatoes in their restaurants.
The ads go behind the scenes at Fairlie’s and Roux’s kitchens. There, they demonstrate the high quality British products that they use, with Albert Bartlett potatoes being one of their key ingredients. Fairlie focuses on his use of locally sourced produce while Roux stresses the importance of ingredients and trusted suppliers.
The campaign features Bartlett’s branded potatoes including the Russet, Apache and Rooster. There are exclusive recipes from both chefs on www.albertbartlett.co.uk.
The TV campaign, which started at the end of last month, runs until 23 December, in 30 and 10-second ads. There will also be integrated print and digital support, including full-page advertising in Good Housekeeping, Red, Prima and in newspaper supplements.
Bartletts claims a previous ad featuring two Desperate Housewives stars saw penetration reach 16%, up 96% year-on-year.
