INDEPENDENT chocolatier Doisy & Dam has gained a lucrative listing with Sainsburys that will see the firm’s chocolate bars distributed to over 250 stores nationwide.
From this month, five 80g Doisy & Dam variants will be available on shelves.
Tom Elliot, chocolate buyer for Sainsbury’s said the supermarket is “excited” to launch Doisy & Dam in its stores.
“The brand has gone from strength to strength and their launch in Sainsbury’s comes at a time when uber-premium, dark chocolate is in vogue and fast-growing.
“Their brand is strong, their flavour combinations innovative and their ambition unrivalled among their peers.
“I look forward to seeing their products in store and helping their journey to bring super-food chocolate to the masses,” said Elliot.
