FOLLOWING a prize-winning 2014 Spar says its own-brand products are back among the awards in the opening months of 2015.
Its Belgian Chocolate Ice Creams, Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream, Mini Flapjack Bites, Buttery, Luxury Mince Pies and Chocolate Pot Dessert have all featured on industry awards lists.
Spar UK brand director Susan Darbyshire said: “After winning more than 100 awards in 2014 we are keen to continue our success into 2015.
“We want to keep showing that Spar has a fantastic own-brand range which offers excellent quality and value to our customers.
“It’s our customers and retailers we have in mind when creating products, so when we win awards ultimately they are the winners, too.
“We will be focusing a lot of effort on promoting all our award winners to customers throughout this year.”
