THE body that represents sub-postmasters could be in line to merge with another group.
Last month The National Federation of Retail Newsagents said it had held positive talks about an alliance with The National Federation of SubPostmaters including the possibility of merger.
In a statement, the National Federation of SubPostmaters said it was considering various options for the future, and has been in discussions with a number of organisations about working together.
“The best interests of our members remain at the forefront of all we do,” the statement said. “We will continue to play an essential role in providing support, benefits, and a strong, united voice for subpostmasters across the UK.”
